Its in a good location in the Buckhead area of Atlanta with a hotel owned parking deck.
Negatives:
The hotel is very dated. Not nearly as nice as most Marriotts. Age alone should make this a 3 star hotel. It was clean and the staff was first rate, its just getting long in the tooth. $38 a day parking is ridiculous.

The location is very convenient to the Buckhead community and that makes it an excellent choice for convenience.
Negatives:
Room was too small. Didn't like the large bedroom window for a winter stay. A summer stay may find the extra large window beneficial.

The cost to park overnight is unnecessarily high ($48). The first room I received had someone's dirty leggings and underwear in the closet by the front door (not sure how housekeeping missed it because I saw it within 3 minutes of being in the room).

Hotel is in a great location. Lobby is beautiful and staff is extremely kind, welcoming, and helpful.
Negatives:
While clean, the hotel is old and outdated. Updates are needed in order to actually be a 4-star hotel.
