Negatives: The parking fee is quite high ($25 per night) and I'd expect it to be included with the room price or much less per day. The breakfast is one of the most minimal I've had. And the lady making the eggs needs to smile a bit more (she always seemed angry).

Negatives: Cons Parking was not valet. There was in a parking lot adjacent to the hotel and you had to pay daily to park your own car. The walls were thin my neighbors were arguing and I heard the entire convo like they were in my room. The city view was anything but.

Negatives: I messaged this property through booking and didn't receive a reply, which is why i'm leaving this feedback. 1.) The parking ticketing system was broken, so we had to go down the floors of parking every time and get the sticker from the front desk. 2.) The AC was VERY loud, every time it cut on at night we woke up so we barely got any sleep. room 525. 3.) The 5th floor smelled like dogs - the room smelled fine but the whole floor reeked like dogs 4.) The unload/load driveway was ridiculous, it said 5 minute drop off but people were just parked there the whole time, when I went to pick up my partner because it was raining, we had to get people to move their cars because they just parked it in the front where it says 5 minute parking dropoff. 5.) Our TV didn't work, we had to get the front desk at 11pm to come up and fix it.

Negatives: My booking confirmation stated I had a bathtub. I booked this room specifically for the bathtub over the cheaper option. On arrival I was told there were no bathtubs in the entire hotel. Also, all crockery was disposable at breakfast - very irresponsible from a major company in 2024.
