Positives:
The complimentary breakfast and cocktail. The wait staff was friendly and helpful. The desk clerk was very friendly and helpful.
Negatives:
I let the front desk know our AC was not working. They told me they were waiting on a engineer to come in. I had to keep calling to check. No engineer, no follow-up with the desk clerk when we got back in.
Positives:
My view was awesome!!! The room was clean and the pillows on the bed was everything. The entrance of the hotel was magnificent. The vibe was a little different from Birmingham, Alabama. I most definitely will come back.
Negatives:
I wish I had a suite so my kids could sleep in instead of the sofa bed, but they didn't complain at all.

The parking attendants were very helpful in referring to where the Uber drivers would be picking us up and the individuals who cooked and prepared breakfast were conscientious and hard-working

I really dont know where to begin in terms of the misery of our room. Early on in room 225 There was no hot water at either sink in this sweet. The only hot water was at the tub in the bathroom. The carpet in our bedroom was wet from the sink

Clean room, great location, friendly and courteous front desk staff at both check in and check out. Great evening reception.
Negatives:
Very expensive parking, considering the already pricey room rates. Also, response received from maintenance engineer to inquiry as to why only 1 remote was provided was that it was policy for Buckhead location. Later found out that was not true.
Positives:
As always, Embassy Suites was a pleasing, wonderful night's stay. Everything was as professional and excellent, as I've encountered on my previous visits.

Nothing. Everything is really wonderful.

Positives:
Location was prime. Ruths Chris being inside was awesome
Negatives:
The parking garage was tight but not bad if you know how to drive . I got in and out no problem but I witnessed a driver slamming a Kia into the wall trying to make the turn down the ramp.
Positives:
Everything from the valets to the front desk staff to the dining personnel.
Negatives:
The only issue I might state was the long lines in attaining an alcoholic drink.
