The suite was good and clean
Negatives:
I had no hot water for a day and half. It wasn’t resolved on time. My son & I eventually had to go to a friend’s to have my bath. No apologies whatsoever was given. They kept going on about compensation of some kind, that itself never happened.
The breakfast was complete nonsense. So basic and they still couldn’t get it right. You get a plastic takeaway container to put your meal in. So ridiculous. I will never consider staying here nor recommend it to anyone.

We paid for a 2 queen suite, so it was not cheap. When we walked into the room, it was clean, but something didn't smell right. I started looking for the trash can. Out of a while suite, there was one tiny trash can under a table. There wasn't a trash can in the bathroom. The trash can wreaked of vomit. I tried the give my kids a bath but the nosil that you switch to plug or unplug the bath tub was broken. There was no toilet paper holder. And the kitchenette sink also smelled like vomit. For what I paid, not worth it.

The front desk staff was nonresponsive to my requests for service. I asked for a working coffee machine, and it took 2 days to get me one. I called the front desk for coffee cups, and none were delivered. I didn't like the customer service I got.

Love the location of the property! The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Nice, clean rooms. Extremely hot showers, which I loved. The complimentary drinks and snacks were great!
Negatives:
The elevator was so slow but that’s minor. I was told that self parking was 28 dollars but I was charged 38 dollars. The parking garage parking spots gave me anxiety, so tiny. There was a leak in the parking garage also, the smell was horrible !!!
