Each day thereafter is a $10 non-refundable fee (+tax) per day, per pet. The first seven (7) nights are payable the first night of your stay and is charged at check-in. Service animals will be exempt from this charge. Height and length restrictions apply: pets can be no longer than 36 inches and no taller than 36 inches.

Positives: I liked nothing. It is by far the worst hotel I have stayed at. Please stay away from this hotel. Free breakfast is a big joke.
Negatives: Unclean lobby, super unclean and uncomfortable rooms, reclusive staff who were not even there at checkout in the morning at 7:30 AM. What more can anyone ask for? The toilet was clogged overnight, sink would take 10 mins to drain water, pathetic beds.

Positives: The front desk staff was very pleasant [check in/out].
Negatives: The room we were assigned [222] had roaches (we just kept seeing them) as if they were coming out of the walls. It freaked my 12-year-old out to the point of their inability to fall asleep. The tub/shower combo looked dirty. The beds were inadequately made, the bed skirts were missing, and there was no comforter. I should've complained about the roaches and took that as a sign that something could be more wrong. The next day (after checking out), my 15-year-old started complaining of itchy bumps on his hands and neck. Mind you, both of my kids slept in their clothes (they didn't shower because of the appearance of roaches and that the shower looked dirty). If I could have a do over, I would have notified the front desk of the condition of the room and requested another room, SMH at myself. I was just so tired after the drive to Atlanta. Now, I have itchy bites on my biceps, arms foot, and hand. This is the 2nd time I've booked with Booking.com post-pandemic. I've noticed that the hotels I've booked via Booking.com give us their worst, low-quality, substandard room. It was not like this pre-pandemic, SMH. After this last experience, I won't book via [third-party bookings]. It was a bad experience, then to leave with bug bites that itch relentlessly, it's not worth the few $$$ saved . . . Oh, and that's another thing. A guest showed up when we were checking in inquiring about the rates per night. The staff quoted him nearly $20 less than what I paid via Booking.com. Deal? No deal! It's not worth the experience we had.

Positives: The location was great!
Negatives: There was a roach infestation in the initial room given to me and I had to stay there for 2 nights before getting another room. The refuge is situated right in front of the elevator in a big box often left overflowing and smelly before being emptied, with roaches gathering.
