Negatives:
The room door handle worked opposite of what you'd expect, lifted up to open. Because it was very late at night when I checked in (I was tired due to a missed connection) it took a trip back down to the desk to get help figuring that out. Minor problem.

Day 2 - I went downstairs to eat a meal at 5:30 pm. The lady waiting on me was so rude. She was a black woman (Chasity) with a bit of gray in her hair. She was not nice I asked to move tables because the area under the table was very nasty and sticky, it looked as if a drink had been spilt and no one cleaned it up. she said no I'll just get it up but remember we do serve lunch as well. Her attitude was unacceptable. What did that have to do with me. From that point on it all went down hill. We would request things - Ketchup, sauces, and she would not bring them we had to engage other employees to assist with our service. There was also, a young lady that was so so helpful. She did not speak much english and was very quiet spoken. She was awesome. She would make a great Host. I just thought I would bring these things to your attention, and hopefully get the attitudes adjusted prior to your next weekend. I don't like to feel that I am bothering anybody when their job is customer service.

Expected standard for Hilton Hotels. Bed was extremely comfortable. The decor was luxurious.

Parking. Paid a high rate and then got hit with a $25 surcharge to park. Sign of the times where everyone nickel and dimes you to death

Start to finish.... The older gentlemen outside to Alie checking me in, everything was great!! Room was very clean, my kids were comfortable!!! We will definitely be back!! Oh yeah, the restaurant was 8/10... tomatoes too thick(toppings could be smaller), crab soup was great and the 1/2 chicken like it was rushed... Mac&cheese 10/10!!! I think the young man name was Mio that made my drink...omgggg 10/10!!! I/ we will be back!! Thank you for a great stay! I almost forgot about I think Doug(I think in the lil market) he was great as well!!
