Positives:
The staff was very helpful. The room was very nice and clean!!
Negatives:
Upon arrival we was not able to get a key to our room because something was going on with the system we would have to have a staff to take us to our room and get a key later. So we decided to wait and go to our room once the keys were working. Once we received our keys they were to a room that some one was already in. When opening the door there was guest already in the bed. This could have turned into a bad situation. Luckily it did not!!

The staff was magnificent. They treated all of the guests with class. It seemed like each staff member was equally outstanding. One of the best hotel experiences I can rememember, mainly because of the kindness and competence of the staff.

The room was nice and clean and our dog enjoyed it as well. Great location, walking distance from a lot of fun things.
Negatives:
That we got charged extra to have our pup with us, she is very well behaved, which is why we bring her. and the room is already expensive enough, with hardwood floors too. shouldn't be $75 extra, for what? Doesn't make much sense to me.
