Positives:
I loved the onsite amenities (restaurant, rooftop bar with taco truck), location, especially relative to the Beltline and Ponce Market, and the quirkiness of the branding, facilities, etc.
Negatives:
My room was very dark---dark carpet, dark wood blinds and drapes, no overhead light. Instead of feeling cozy and intimate, it made me wonder how much grime was hidden that I just couldn't see!
Positives:
The historic hotel was decorated beautifully and we loved the amenities.
Negatives:
I opted for a dorm style quad room two sets of bunk beds. While I loved the nostalgia of it, I didn't realize these rooms were in basement of building, so it was very dismal.

Positives:
For breakfast we had muffins at the shop on the first floor. The gentleman that worked the shop was very friendly and informative. The muffins were very good. The rooftop experience was fabulous. We loved the view, the drinks and the food from the taco truck (On the roof!). The truffle fries at the bar and Tiny Lou's were amazing! The room didn't have a refrigerator but they brought one up to us at no charge.

The Claremont was a last minute recommendation from a friend. We had to choose this or another. Couldnt be happier that we chose the Claremont. There is a special vibe the second you arrive. The staff are very nice- especially the head of Valet. Loved him!
Negatives:
Theres really nothing to complain about. Its got charm, so there a few rough edges to the interior, but nothing worth complaining about.

The valet staff was the nicest people ever. Literally the only ones that made us feel welcomed.
Negatives:
The front desk manager was so unkind and rude. Made us feel unwelcome. Didnt even greet us or treat us like a guest. I left and didnt complete my stay.
