Housekeeping started knocking on the door at 8:52am-9:30am-10:27am and 11:32am.I didn't get any morning sleep due to the constant disturbing housekeeper.very annoying

When we went to check in, we were told the hotel had overbooked and there were no rooms for us. The gentleman working the front desk was not helpful and seemed put out that he had to deal with us and had to call around to try to find us another room.

The staff was very helpful and made sure the room was up to par. Wasnt too keen about the $45 valet parking. I read that you park your own vehicle which defeats the term valet, however, this was completely untrue. Overall great experience.

I didnt care for the location . Wishes it had been closer to Centennial Park.

The entire place was very clean. The rooms were comfortable and we had a view of the city. Free breakfast was included.

Front desk attendant 3 to 11 and 11 to 7 very helpful and informative, polite professional and made me feel safe
FRANK 3 to 11 front desk attendant was exceptional and helping me feel safe and had all the information I needed to do what I needed to do while visiting your hotel
Negatives:
Breakfast please a lot of help one breakfast attendant told me I could not put coffee in my personal coffee cup. I had to use a Styrofoam cup, but I dont drink out of Styrofoam cups.
The breakfast area was always a mess, breakfast attendants, work openly, complaining about what they had to do
This was on Sunday
Monday and Tuesday a gentleman went to each table asking if everything was OK and the breakfast attendance were much better with her attitude but the place was still a mess. I would not go back to this Hyatt just for that reason.
Coffee vats were not labeled decaf or regular and coffee never tasted right like maybe it was left over
20 minutes before breakfast time was over items were starting to be removed and empty trays were never replaced

Pleasant staff, fair breakfast, quiet property.
Negatives:
There was not any area for checking in and unloading. You had to find a place to park. Also the cost for valet parking, which was the only option, was very expensive. It made the cost of the stay a lot more expensive than I anticipated.
