Cancellation Policy

Good news! Before Wednesday, Apr 17th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in New York), you may cancel your reservation for a full refund. Between Wednesday, Apr 17th, 2024 at midnight and Friday, Apr 19th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in New York), you may cancel your reservation for a partial refund. After Friday, Apr 19th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in New York), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation after Apr 19, you will still be charged for the full amount.

Refund Policy

Any cancellation received within 2 days prior to the arrival date will incur the first night's charge. Failure to arrive at your hotel or property will be treated as a No-Show and will incur a charge of 100% of the booking value (Hotel policy).

Photo Policy

The reservation holder must present a valid photo ID and credit card at check-in. The credit card is required for any additional hotel specific service fees or incidental charges or fees that may be charged by the hotel to the customer at checkout. These #START_PHOTO#charges#END_PHOTO# may be mandatory (e.g., resort fees) or optional (parking, phone calls or minibar charges) and are not included in the room rate.
