They are ALWAYS professional and friendly and. go out of the way to be sure we have everything we need - in this case Brandon brought me an Nespresso machine for after dinner coffee so we didn't have to go back out in the pouring rain.
Negatives:
Having to check out for an early am meeting - was sleeping good. Have stayed here several times and have always been pleased, found something new I liked, and have not once been disappointed. That says a lot!

Property is on a slightly less busy road, easy to navigate. The staff and valet are wonderful!

- felt like the rooms seemed nicer in photos that in reality. There’s some wear and tear to the rooms and cheap fixtures. I also don’t like the ice machine situation of the hotel

Just love the atmosphere - the staff is exceptional and meets all of our needs, adding personal touches that make guests feel special. All about the little things and we make a point of staying here whenever possible.
Negatives:
Can't think of anything. I prefer and iron and not a steamer in my room because they spit and I had a silk dress but I can assure you had I asked for an iron at the front desk, they would have found one for me.
