We just stayed 1 night enroute south. Was very nice location. Very comfy beds, good breakfast. Nice clean rooms. Free parking. Didn't get to use the pool or gym.

I asked for an invoice upon checking out and was told that it couldn't be generated. I still have an extra day at an inflated rate on my charge card. I called at 5pm because I left my charger and left a message. The next day after 6 calls, I was told by the Manager that those type of items are discarded. Why take a message and have me call back all day instead of stating the policy up front?

Breakfast was not good. No food left except waffles at 9:50AM. When asking the lady who was over breakfast for butter and syrup she was very rude. Not efficient with check in. Took forever.

When getting our first keys we went to what we thought was our room and it was someone else’s. Went back down and had to be reissued another room.

I liked the location because it was close to where I was working. Nice rooms , great parking and friendly staff.
Negatives:
I paid for the room online
The hotel didn't honor that and cancelled the reservation.
They then charged me more for the room and required a deposit. I have yet to get my deposit back or the money I paid on the online site. I feel like I got played
