Positives:
Nice location, close to Truist Park and restaurants.
Negatives:
The rooms are dated, worn, and not especially clean. The bathrooms have closet type doors which are a pain to use and pool was closed. The front desk attendant at check-in was quite unpleasant and didn't give any hotel information.
Positives:
The location, the cleanliness and the environmental staffs were excellent. There was free Internet, free parking and free breakfast. I loved the fact that I can watch Netflix on their TV using my account.
Negatives:
Customer satisfaction was zero. I made a simple request to stay till 1pm/2pm since my flight was 7pm. He refused and charged me. I was disappointed because LaQuinta is one of my favorites and their managers always willing to work with customers.
Positives:
Convenient location right off of Interstate. Tucked into a hill, gave the feel of extra security.
Negatives:
Definitely needed more baggage carts and breakfast could have been extended a little longer due to crowd. My biggest issue was our neighbors!! They came in extremely late, due to the doors being so close it sounded as if they were breaking into our room.

It was very dated. The parking lot and area seemed safe. The entire motel at all times smelled like weed all the time. Very strong.

There was no smoking signs every where but smelled smoke and weed everywhere all the time. It stunk so bad. All the pictures are from 10 years ago The property is very dated. The had no rollaway beds. We ordered a room with a couch bed in it, we didn

Two people assisting one customer at the checkin desk. Room number was not written down on card, had to return to ask for that. Initial room was not clean, had to return to ask for a new room. The toilet did not flush well. Concerning soft spot in shower.

The room was not very clean and had a funky smell. Dirty walls and sticky entry way and bathroom floor. Dirty light switches fridge door, etc. The hotel was not very clean from the hallway walls, carpet, elevator, stairs. No worth --- dollars per night.
