Bad
Positives:
Same breakfast everyday and even at 7am we where waiting for the food to come out . They had one lady cooking and setting everything up. The front desk lady was very nice though!
Negatives:
Our room had a patio but it was scary because we had a 1yr old with us and the patio door didn't lock, the patio doors where so dirty and the patio deck looked broken so we didn't even step out there.

Room wasn’t ready for check in despite getting there 4 hours after check in, no onsite parking, additional parking was $80, elevator in parking deck was broken, balcony door was broken and didn’t open, dead animal on balcony, windows were so dirty you couldn’t take a picture out of them, pool was closed, so was the area around the pool, room description said private pool which was not accurate.

The breakfast was very limited, and we often had to wait in a long line for clean plates and silverware. The pullout sofa was old and extremely worn out. We requested pillow, sheet and blanket for the pullout sofa and never received them. The queen mattress had stains on it.

Room furnishings were worn and torn....female staff rude and not helpful. Valet parking lost my keys....doors close at midnight so we were forced to walk the dark streets to get to the crown plaza to get in to our hotel.
