First off the staff was very short and rude with my daughter. Valet wouldn't even park my daughter's car told her the lot was full meanwhile pulling multiple cars out of the valet lot as she was waiting. I paid for the room put down my card for incidentals and pre paid everything. She was ignored by the by the front desk clerk also. Once she was acknowledged by the desk clerk she was rude and snide to my daughter. Upon calling earlier I spoke to the lady at front desk and explained it was my daughter's wedding day, and asked for her to receive preferred treatment. Very unhappy with the treatment of my daughter on her wedding night by staff and valet. Will be contacting property about it also. She was asked to put a card on file even though I left mine on file for incidentals also. I was charged $45 for parking and she had to pay $35 also for parking too. Terrible way to do business.
