As soon as I checked in the room, I went to use the restroom, I flush the toilet and water went everywhere, the whole room was flooded.I went to the front desk to request for another room, she didn't want me to get another room at first, she said she will get maintenance to come, but after waiting for 30 minutes, she offered me another room

We were lucky enough to score one day lottery tickets to the masters and chose this hotel due to the proximity to the course.
Negatives:
Aside from the location, this hotel was absolutely awful. The staff were friendly, but the room was truly one of the dirtiest and most disgusting rooms I have ever stayed in. The bathroom overall in the cleanliness of the floors throughout were disgusting
