When we arrived a woman was passed out on the bench outside the door with a cigarette in her hand. Checked in and went to the room, soon as I opened door it had an awful smell so I immediately went and checked the bed! Bed Bugs!!!

Bed bugs! Staff was rude and it took us over an hour fighting with them and booking talking with them too for them to tell us they would issue us a refund! Still havent received it yet though.. Nasty Nasty Nasty!

Dont Do It! Find a different place..
Positives:
Great location for several options for food and gas. Rooms are a good size. The. Atheisms have a large counter. Walk in showers were awesome. Easy on and off access to I-75.
Negatives:
The continental breakfast could improve. First morning one container of coffee was empty, the creamerpowder and liquid were empty. The only available coffee left in container was Luke warm but we were able to heat it up in microwave. But there was an IHOP next door so that was a plus. The next morning the containers for coffee were hot but both creamers still empty.

We had a good stay. All in all would highly recommend.

Bed bugs infested and when told front desk had to show proof of the bugs called booking and the guy tryed to lie and say he didn't see any bugs and also smelt like mold as soon as we walked in and as soon as we pulled in someone looked like they were high on something and I had to inform the front desk about it just a waste of time and they tryed to keep us from getting our money back. PS allways take pictures

Didnt eat there ate some where else too many people guests crazy construction going on at the hotel and it wasnt where i thought it would be my bad.it was to far from everything that i was doing it sucked....but the staff was all so kind love them so much.
