Negatives: They called an hour before check in and said they were over booked and wanted to switch up to a room that would not accommodate us They offered to cancel free if we chose not to take a room that wouldnt work. We have been booked for months and received a message from hotel a couple days prior welcoming us and letting us know check in process and times. So calling is an hour before check in is ridiculous while I am sitting in Atlanta traffic. They were unwilling to do anything to help us. I asked for a call from the General Manager and she never called me. I called Hilton who was also not able to explain why they cancelled last minute other than booking.com doesnt send until day of so next time book direct. We were rebooked by Hilton to a more expensive hotel but we had no options at this point. If they cared the GM would have at least called an apologized.

Positives: The property was clean. Right off the highway,and close to restaurants, a grocery store, and some shopping. I know most hotels do not clean your room daily, so I liked that someone came in with fresh towels and least took out the trash daily. They did have an electric charger for your vehicle for an extra charge. But the overnight charge was fairly reasonable.
Negatives: First let me say that if I seem picky, I picked this hotel for the full kitchen and breakfast. The room seemed neat but The bathroom sink faucets was not set in firmly. Like parts missing and wobbly. Like a 1/2 pipe in a 2 hole if that makes sense(but it worked)And the shower handle had pieces loose and coming off. We had a dirty blanket for the rollaway. Ive been to these type of home 2 stay places before and this was the Least impressive kitchen area. It had a larger fridge, a dishwasher, and microwave. But the room was pretty comfortable. The breakfast was good for my husband who went down at 6am when it was fresh. But everything was dry and crusty by 8am. And the last day we were there, they were short handed and because a soccer team was there they had NOTHING left except oatmeal and about 12 people in line to make waffles. I waited for 20 minutes for coffee that came after I gave up. And the decaf was actually cold. Even the juice was out. I felt bad for the lady working there. But also for all the guests that were not getting what they paid for. I just expected a little more for around $200 a night. Not sure I would pick this hotel over the others in the area.

Positives: Very nice place. It was close to everything. Not too far from the baseball field. Not much of a view. It was relaxing. Very busy stay. Staff was friendly.
Negatives: I had to wait in towels for several hours which caused us to miss my sons game. My bathroom was not clean.

Negatives: There was mass confusion around my check out date. Paula assured me that I was checked out in the system the morning we left the Hotel on 6/11/23, but she could not email me a receipt. She advised that due to me Booking with a Third Party the Third Party would send me the receipt. I advised her that the Hotel always provides us with the receipt regardless of who we book through. I called Booking.com because I never received my receipt for checking out and the Rep put me on hold to verify my checkout date with the Hotel. She kept me on hold for an extended amount of time to only return and state that due due them being a third party we could not receive a refund for checking out a day early. I called Hilton Customer Service on 6/27/23, she was able to call the Hotel to have them email me my receipt, but could not provide me with a phone # for Hilton Corporate. The receipt was just what I expected. It showed that I was checked out on 6/12/23 at 11:36AM. Well of course we were home at that time. Could this be the reason that Paula was stating that she could not email me the receipt when I checked out? Its because she never checked me out!
