Positives: It was close to the airport.
Negatives: They don't have their own shuttle after certain hours. We landed at 7pm, so I didn't think there would be a problem. It took over an hour to get there and it is only 5 miles away from the airport! The halls reeked of smoke or ? Bedspread was stains. Bugs

Negatives: The big lady at the front desk with the braids was very rude and disrespectful. She did not want to answer my questions, it was always talk to the manager. And upon arrival I stood in the lobby for 10 min while she was out back smoking. Unprofessional and I wont be back

Positives: Truthfully, there was not anything I liked about it. Discrepancy from start. More details about stay in next question.
Negatives: I understand that they were doing renovations but the lack of cleanliness in the rooms gets my goat. My initial room was very unacceptable. The sheets were dirty. There was a hole in the wall as if someone forcefully opened it. The bathroom was really filthy. Burn marks on the sink, towels dingy, tub was dirty as well. Not to mention a receipt was left on the microwave which gave the intent that it wasn't even cleaned from start. I proceeded to the front desk to get a replacement room. The second room was a little better but still unacceptable. Again burn marks were on the bathroom sink. The toilet seat was too big for the toilet which made it difficult to use it. The tub base was peeling and the bathroom mates were not properly secured. I have pictures as well if needed.
