The worst hotel stay ever dirty sheets , dirty room , no hot water , broken shower ,terrible so called breakfast , when I complained the rude manager callled the cops on and lied and said I didnt wanna leave , when all I was waiting for was the hot water

When I called I was told I would be able to have eggs for breakfast were gluten intolerant. There was nothing there for us. And the coffee was pure water. :(
Negatives:
The bath tub had hairs from previous people. Lots of them.
The Fridge was over frozen with ice and it was hard for the door to close. My husband had to scrape ice so that the door would close. Since there Re pets allowed for other guest my daughter got bit by fleas that she saw jumping in her legs.

Couldn't shower. The shower head sprayed water over the entire bathroom. Could hear the couple above us engaging in relations. Otherwise nice stay.

The person in the next room TV was extremely loud from the moment I arrived around 11pm. Around 1:30am I called the front desk to let them know about it. They said they'd call them to ask them to turn it down. I guess when they call the person didn't pick up. I did hear the hotel employee knock on their door, but no one answered. By 4am I'd had enough. I had to leave because I couldn't sleep. Before leaving I spoke with the person at the front desk and asked if I could have a refund. He said that I should call the cops and if the cops came he'd be able to open the door to the person next to us. I felt like what i was being told was nonsense. I would like to be compensated due to the disturbance. I did not have a good night's stay.
