Positives:
I was told that due to them not having internet I would not be able to check in or utilize my reservation and now am being denied a refund for a room I did not stay in.

There was nothing I liked about this experience.

It was creepy and they advertised hot breakfast but when we got there , there was no hot breakfast. We did not stay there. We left and lost the $---dollars and stayed at Best Westersn.

This was the most disgusting hotel Ive been to. We left after just a few hours because we just couldnt handle being there. The carpet was completely filthy, the walls had stuff all over them, the wallpaper was peeling off, it smelled like cigarette.

We tried to check in at 8pm.. nobody behind the desk. They left our room key on the counter with a note. The room they gave us had someone else staying it in. Apparently theyre known for that. Waited for someone for an hour, had to stay somewhere else.

They need to invest in their rooms. Some renovations was being done. You pay for what you get. Need some housekeepers. Not the cleanest Baymont.

I liked that I was exhausted from driving and when I pulled off to search a hotel it was under $100 for a last minute booking

The smell in the room was absolutely disgusting it was so bad it gave me a headache. The solution that didnt work was the gentleman at the front desk stuck a smell gel in the ac to try and cover the odor but it didnt work.

The location was good right off the interstate.

The cleanliness of the rooms and furniture was very worn down. The carpet was heavily soiled and needs to be replaced. The toilet seats need to be replaced and the caulking around the toilet. There was furniture in the hallway that was taken out .Not good

The guy who decided to honor my reservation. Displayed the truest since of customer service which is rare today. Way to go Baymont.

Only the toilet seat needed repair. And some of the channels had sound on the television.

The furnishings are old, the carpet was nailed down on the stairs, the door to our room was propped open, I wouldnt rate this a 2.5 star hotel

The hotel was not as I thought the room was old. The furniture was beating up like it's been in there for 20 years. Plus the carpet was nasty. My sheets wasn't clean. The tub hold water when taking shower. It was just a horrible.

Good location and near the highway. Room was clean. Bedding was clean and fresh. Bed was comfortable. Front desk person was personable, friendly and helpful.
Negatives:
The breakfast could have been small but better. Yogurt is easy, hot oatmeal is easy. The rooms need a little update with the wires and chips and lamps' shape on the wall but for the price, it is just fine. The bathroom and carpet ect was clean.
