I initially intended to only stay for one day. My travel plans changed due to flight being cancelled. At 10:00 am I received a visit from office staff not housekeeping asking if I was leaving, on the phone with flight reservations representative at this time but I advised them yes. I ask if they accepted ApplePay, and I then went online and rebooked the room for another stay. The older lady at the counter became very irate by me doing this. She called me a liar and thief and said that I should not have completed this way. I immediately became a bit pissed off by her staying a blatant lie. I had no idea that the cost was different but more so trying to pay them for another stay. She started yelling and at that point I offered to pay the difference which she declined but just kept calling me a liar and a thief.

the hotel was nasty, dirty, and discussing, the floors were slippery as though there was some type of oil on them, the floors dirty, the towels and wash clothes were very thin, house keeping never came to our door to clean, there was dirty mattresses in the walkway in front of the back parking lot, the parking lots was dirty, the trash cans were over flowing with trash.
