Breakfast was good Day shift staff was very helpful and friendly.

TV had 2 channels when it wanted to work. Staff, and her assistant tried to help with a new clicker for the TV. Called it handicapped accessible but had only one wheelchair ramp for the whole hotel and furniture had to be moved No grab bars high bed

Breakfast was a total waste. Shouldn't even be called breakfast. Did not even have cereal.

I requested ground floor rooms close to each other. one room was in the front of the hotel and one around back. even though I had received an email saying my request could be met. the room in the back was left open when I arrived and I requested another room. I was told the only thing available was on the second floor even though later I saw empty rooms on the first floor. I guess the desk agent was too lazy to go into the computer and make a change. She was surly.

OK for the price but wouldn't spend a penny more.
