Room 132 had a very floor surface with holes between the hard board floor sections (needs a whole new floor in sleeping area), shower was hot, bed was very comfortable, office staff was nice, friendly, and helpful.

The toilet and shower both looked like they weren't cleaned at all. The mattress was hard and looked filter. The pillows smelled sweaty and like body odor. Terrible stay.

The room was filthy. There was fecal matter splattered on the back of the toilet. Hair in the tub. The room had spackle on the walls and was not painted as if it was am unfinished job. The chair in the room had sibstances on it. It was just dirty. The lights by the bed were broken as well.

I booked one king smoking room and a queen double bed smoking room! When I arrived 9. The property I was told that booking. Com put in the notes that the rooms I booked were non smoking! Therefore my family and I had lost our on two rooms! No one from booking.com called me nor did anyone from the hotel call me to ask me what rooms did I prefer as the customer! They were able to help me with others rooms or accomodations! I was offered nothing! Not even a sorry!

Actually nothing. This was probably the poorest (in cleanliness) that I have even experienced. Disappointing that I am spending almost $100 and the bathroom was dirty, the tube was dirty. I went and bought cleaning supplies to clean the room myself. Disappointing.
