The location.The woman that worked 2nd and 3rd shift were really really sweet and kind but the Blonde Hair older lady with tattoos on her arms was rude,rude to me and my wife.Almost canceled because of her.The pool was great and breakfast was OK but nothing special.

The hot tub didnt work the elevator went out and they took a extra$250.00 out of my account with out me knowing because they said they smelled smoke in my room after we left and non of us even smoke said a customer complained of smoke in my room but they didnt come to us to see or smell the room they stated they didnt smell smoke in the hallway the manager was very rude

I told the girl when I checked in that I had already paid for my room in full 4 days prior through booking.xom. she said OK but still swiped my card. When I got to my room I got a bank notification that I was charged AGAIN for my room. When I called down she said "oh my bad, you will have to get the morning girl to fix it though". So then I discussed this with the morning girl when I checked out. She swore she fixed it so I waited and here it is 8 days later and no charge reversal so as of right now, I have paid twice for rhe room. I have been nice but now I'm pissed because now I have to fight them for my money back. That's a damn shame too. People were nice but money is money and they did not do what they said they did.
