The hotel was very dirty as well as our room. There was trach under the mattresses,under the beds & a dirty washcloth left on the sofa. By far the most filthy hotel I have ever stayed in. We only stayed because it was non-refundable & 1am when checking in

The bathroom sink over head light was not working, the room phones were not operable so I had to walk down to lobby for assistance and the toilet ran uncontrollably all night. When I mentioned to desk clerk, I was told maintenance would come up to fix.

1. IT IS NOT A SMOKE FREE HOTEL. As soon as we got off the elevator to our floor, it smelled like someone lit an entire case of cigarettes in the halls. Our room even reeked of cigarette smoke as well.

The hotel had Bugs (Roaches) Live and Dead.

The floor had red stains like look blood. The mirror was disgusting and the bathroom tub was nasty. I would never stay here again. The door look like someone had busted it open because there was space to be able to look into the whole.

The elevator didnt work. They had no towels. The police were there for some of the tenants. There was a woman cursing her children in the hallway and I will never stay there again.

The location was great we were at least 20 minutes away from our excursions that we had planned for the weekend.

The bathroom was full of mildew on walls, shower curtain, and ceiling. There was no hot water for showers in 39 degree weather. The bathroom sink was clogged. There was no linen for the sofa bed & when ask was told tomorrow at 10. Had to ask for towels.

First room we were given had a dog in it. It was so strong I could not stay in it. Carpets need to be cleaned extremely dirty. There were strange people hanging out downstairs that gave weird vibes. Not a clean hotel at all. Needs major upgrades.

Nothing, the showers are horrible, had like an insect bug spray smell in it. Just seemed unreal and I will never stay at the Sonesta again, should be a 2 star hotel

I liked nothing about the hotel, everything was horrible even the female I was with told me to never take her no where like that ever again, it even started a argument in the morning and she didnt even want to shower there
