The room it's big and comfortable.

Don't have too many option for eat or walk near the hotel.

Front desk clark did not smile and asked if I have any question. TV wasn't working once I got to the room. I called to front desk and the man who answered the phone and stated he will send the next shift staff when they get there at 1100 pm. No one came.

I had stayed in other Holiday Inn hotel in the past and this experience was disappointing.

The lady at the front desk. Friday & Saturday morning was rude. She told me to cup my hands under the faucet as it runs, when I asked her about courtesy water to drink. She went on to make the slurping sound. The lady at night was also a bit unpleasant

The staff was really nice and accommodating.
Negatives:
I was told I would have to pay $25 a night for incentives but ended up paying $50 and had to pay $18 a night for parking. Our window view was of a cemetery.

I had a coffee maker in the room and one coffee pod for 4 days. When I turned on the water I had to let the water run for 5 minutes before it even warmed up. Their shuttle service was bad and their front staff rude and not informative

The service, the staff was welcoming and was able to answer my question. The bar/lounge staff was exceptional, hotel employee was friendly, professional and accommodating. I felt at home, I would definitely stay here and again.

Positives:
Barmaid got us beers despite bar being closed in eastern time zone. Our bodies and watches were in central. And having boarding gate closed on arrival after being misdirected and missing our connection. With no food since noon..
Negatives:
Wish some food service beyond frozen piazzas was available until 12. Wonder why my male friends price quote was at least $30 lower than any I saw including this hotel.

Great personnel working the desk. he was working the late shift and returned early in the morning and greeted everyone with a smile and generally wanted to know how our stay was.
