Positives:
Location was great. We got to sleep and left for the last part of our trip. It didnt have bed bugs.
Negatives:
We used Priceline and the manager/owner wouldnt honor it. He said it wasnt on his computer, even though I had the confirmation number, email and had paid. He charged us more to stay. It was sketchy at best and there were roaches. No bed bugs was a plus. It smelled musty.

ROACHES. ROACHES. ROACHES!!No AC in hall ways, no ac on in room when we arrived. It was 97 outside that day, apparently it was even too hot for the bugs. found 2 dead bugs in bathroom 1 unknown type , I picked it up with a tissue and flushed it. Then while reaching for the toilet handle saw a huge dead roach on floor behind toilet. The frig was not turned on either. The whole building smelled. While walking to office to demand a refund I saw something on hallway way carpet floor, not quite sure if it was a another dead bug or a raisin. I was kindly offered another room but declined and ask for a refund

Good value & location. Very near to interstate, restaurants & gas stations.
Negatives:
Language barrier with the woman that worked there. She was more difficult than most to communicate with because of her lack of understanding English. I think that it would be a good idea for booking.com to require a minimum level of English speaking skills.

Nonsmoking room but when you get out from the room we can smell the cigarette smoke. Compromising ones health (passive smoker). The bottom of the floor lamp breaks when moved (scary and dangerous).

the outside almost made me not check in, beds were awful. Got 2 rolls of super small toilet paper the second day. my sons allergies were back and he finished the tissue. they had no more tissue or toilet paper.

When leaving the next morning in the near darkness, beside my car, I set down a briefcase containing 3 notebook computers and several hard drives containing important personal info.. It was foud and returned by the manager. THANK YOU AGAIN!!!
