Found a roach in the bathroom the room was dirty and the refrigerator didn't work.

Nice welcoming lobby nd general common area. Loved the living room/separate room for larger feel and 3 adults for sleeping.

Pullout couch uncomfortable. had to ask for bedding for it instead of it being in the room. checkin attendant could have goven us heads up some dont have to circle back We indicated 3 adults. Breakfast was merely adequate preparation.

The staff was very attentive and always pleasant. The breakfast had a lot of hot and cold options and great hours as well as an attendant that was very pleasant and helpful. Cleaning staff was pleasant and did a great job.
Negatives:
It is off season but it would have been nice to use the hot tub even though it was outside. Not a deal breaker but since it is there and looks so inviting it would have been nice.

The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful.Staff members responded quickly to rectify the many issues we had with our rooms. The breakfast buffet had a good selection,the breakfast area was neat and tidy with plenty of seating.
Negatives:
The first room we were in the air did not work, room number two the outer door lock malfunctioned, room 3, broken air conditioner, finally we settled into the fourth room which had a dripping shower head. The pool and spa area was closed.

The beds and pillows were comfortable.

We settled into the first room and realized it was quite warm 81. Tried to turn on ac. Didnt seem to work. Called lobby and was told oh I thought they fixed that, Ill have to find another room for you. No apology or compensation. Had to pack everything up again. Next room, walls must be very thin. Neighbors had loud music playing late into night and early in morning. Room did not look like it had been vacuumed or floors washed. Floors were sticky when walking. The elevator door has what looks like a bullet hole in the top area of the metal door. There are huge water stains in ceiling I the breakfast area.
