This is the perfect location in Macon it's pretty much dead in the center of Macon Georgia where you're not too far from downtown and the new Amphitheater just opened up where a lot of concerts and fun things are going to be taking place the people here are very friendly and their rooms very nice and clean and the price is very reasonable

The staff especially the Manager Neal. His customer service is top tier and always was nice each time we had conversations. He also took the time to call my husband and I about a small misunderstanding that took place upon his absence. It was with a staff member but nothing major but he still called us after our departure to ensure we were satisfied with the ending results of everything and he even gave us a free night on him. This was to me exceptional and shows his kindness and integrity for his company while ensuring quality standards to each guest regardless of how small or big a situation may be. I recommend this location to anyone who is thinking of staying at this location.

THE MANAGEMENT (OLDER INDIAN GUY) IS EXTREMELY RUDE, DISMISSIVE AND A SCAMMER!! TRIED TO ADD EXTRA FEES TO MY ACCOUNT WHEN I WAS CLEARLY TOLD VISUALLY AND BY A REPRESENTATIVE FROM BOOKING.com. THAT MY PRICE WAS WHAT I WAS SENT AND IT WAS UNCLEAR TO EVERYONE HOW THE PRICE INCREASED UPON MY ARRIVAL WHEN THEY NEVER HAVE DONE THAT BEFORE!! TRIED EXPLAINING THIS WITH PROOF IN HAND AND WAS TOLD TO JUST CHECK OUT AND LEAVE HIS PROPERTY!! I DON'T RECOMMEND A ANIMAL TO STAY AT THIS LOCATION LET ALONE A HUMAN THAT'S AN UPSTANDING CITIZEN THAT ONLY WANTS RESPECT GIVEN AS IT WAS DELIVERED TO THIS AWFUL AND DISRESPECTFUL INDIVIDUAL THAT SITS BEHIND THE DESK AND TALKS TO OTHERS IN SUCH A DISTASTEFUL AND DISRESPECTFUL MANNER

Didn’t like anything about itRoom 126 was filthy the sheets and comforter had cigarettes burns the toilet was leaking I’m sure if u go look behind the night stand u would see it’s not clean properly daily and lift the matress it’s dirty residue underneath it

When I went to get the room they were very rude I had to change the dates and he told me to get out the lobby then told me to leave the parking lot cuz I was waiting for the email to go threw to change the dates I didn't stay I would not stay I am disabled and I was treated like that shame
