It is dirty and there were roaches. Then the guy at the front desk gave someone else our key to the room we were already in and they just walked right in. I didn’t feel safe and I asked for a refund and we left for another hotel.

The only good thing about this place was the location was near a lot of stores and restaurants. pet friendly

This place should be condemned. The first room that I went into the room wasn't ready. I had to get another room. There was no fire alarm, it had roaches, the ceiling paint was chipping, the air filter in bathroom was making a horrible noise, one of the lights was missing in the bathroom, the shower rod was held together with wood, the toilet wouldn't stop running, there was a horrible patch up job over the shower, looked like either poop or rust on the floor, the cold water ran hot and vice versa, no microwave, no comforter just a top sheet and the fridge didn't work. they added the tv at check-in so when someone checked in after i went to sleep, i was awaken by the hammering on the wall. There was a lot of noise with a lot of it being people fighting. The elevator didn't look safe at all. If I had money to leave to go to another place, I would had so I had no choice but to stay.

First room assigned.: Curtains full of holes up to 2 inches in diameter. Toilet very dirty. Debris on floors. Refused room.
Assigned to another room. There were bug spay cans on the beds. Toilet had a bug spray can on the sink area. The toilet was full of bugs floating on the surface of the flush water. Floors were dirty. Appalled that rooms like this even existed to offer to the public. I had a hard time finding the motel in the beginning as it was dark outside and the large sign on the pole mounting outside was dark and unlit. Left totally disgusted and tired. Felt this motel was a bad--bad dream.
Refused accommodations. Stayed at a Super 8 motel a short distance away which was nice and clean.

Take and scrap the motel.
