I choose the location especially for the place that we visited nearby that's why I booked this hotel. And it was the only available that has sofa bed and 2 bedrooms.
Negatives:
Breakfast was not much of a selection, not enough sitting area. The location was hidden from the back of a building. There's no light outside the whole area at night especially in the parking lot. Our Room was near the entrance/exit door. When every person enter/exit, the door shut so loud that we hear it everytime. The sofa bed was too flimsy to lay, no cushion left.

The accommodations were perfect. We had 2 bedrooms 2 baths, a living room and a kitchen. The bed was very comfortable. I slept well.
Negatives:
The hotel seemed to need a deep cleaning or updating. The tile in my bath looked as if it had mold . The entrance of our building had a huge puddle that made it difficult to enter the building. Nevertheless it was gone by the next day.

First morning, there was no breakfast bar at the scheduled time as the responsible employee failed to come to work. In the evening there was a family in the room above us who's child was continuously running/thumping on the floor. The noise was bad enough from 5:00 PM until (:00 - 9:30 PM you could not watch TV. I called the front desk, but nothing was done about it.

I tried for over 2 weeks to have a reservation canceled because I had already stayed at the property and been charged for the trip. I consistently called and emailed and even had booking.com try to assist. The property never answered and when they did all they told me was that booking.com needed to call them. Booking.com could not reach them and sent an email. They have still to responded to any of the emails I or booking.com sent and I am out $700

Positives:
I and my daughter were coming in for my son's wedding, I was concerned about my daughter's medical condition and staying in any hotel however I called the hotel ahead and shared my concerns with James and James went way above to ensure our stay was worry-free. He helped with our luggage,brought us linen himself he made sure our key card worked. The room was exceptionally clean we felt safe and our stay was awesome. Breakfast was great. Big huge thank you to James, I appreciate you so much.
