The room faced the street and it was noisy and not properly clean. There were oil hand prints on the headboard. No linens for the sofa bed. The front desk never answers the phone. We were charged for fees that were not disclosed when we checked in.

Awesome location have been going there for years, however there are now extra fees when you arrive so we wont be going here anymore.

Upon arriving at the hotel we were charged 30+ per day in fees after paying for the hotel months ago. We were given a voucher to use at the bar for 25 dollars but we dont usually drink at hotel bars and especially not when you have so many other options

Lovely Spacious room and friendly staff. Great location.

Valet parking at $48 a night and breakfast for $30 per person a day. Price gouging for the whole city during St Patrick Parade weekend. City Garage parking doubled from $25 to $50 per night, with no notification of price increase on their website.

Location is perfect! We were able to walk to everything we wanted to see in Savannah. For the price, it was exactly what we were looking for. Appreciated that they held our luggage before check in and after check out, as well.
