Positives:
They have valet parking for $40 per night but we used spot hero to find a garage close by for half the price. There is not much free parking around the hotel.
The hotel is in a good area and we were able to walk everywhere.
Negatives:
Don't eat breakfast here. It was a catastrophe. Long waiting times, bad food and the service was overwhelmed. We can't recommend the breakfast at all. Go around the block and find a nice cafe instead. It is a pity as the hotel is otherwise amazing.

Staff was very friendly and responsive. Funky loft type atmosphere. Yes, the parking was expensive, but the valet staff was professional and competent. The peace of mind was worth the expense.
Negatives:
The staff in the lobby needs more help. They could not fill all of the tables at breakfast because there weren’t enough servers. The employees that WERE there did an excellent job.
A buffet style breakfast would be an improvement. The breakfast vouchers with a set dollar amount proved confusing. When you pay for breakfast in advance, you expect all guests in your room to be covered. Different staff members gave different explanations regarding how much the vouchers cover. Ultimately, when I checked out, there were no added expenses, but during our stay, it was a bit stressful wondering what breakfast fees wouldbe tacked onto my bill.

Onsite parking is $49/day. Cheaper options available offsite, but were limited and didn’t feel secure. We were there during the St. Patrick’s celebration.

I reserved a suite loft with a bedroom upstairs. When we got there we were told they were booked out which doesn't make sense if I reserved it. They put us in a suite with 2 full beds. I asked for a crib later since we all didn't fit and they said they were all out. So my husband ended up sleeping on the sofa bed. Bathroom had hair on the floor
