Staff was bland. Room was nasty but I didnt have time to deal with the hassle of a refund. Ceiling paint was literally open and falling in the floor. Floors hadnt been cleaned in years and it was apparent. The burgundy was dark gray. Shower was gross.

This hotel is dingy and look unclean. There was garbage on our hotel floor and the wallpaper was peeling and stain the on the carpet.

I liked the location as it's not too far from the historical district and it's just right for all kinds of shopping and food venues.

I would be nice if they could touch up their walls in the hallways and lobby area with paint.Provide more options for their breakfast setup and increase the time by one hour

Lost power at night for 5-6 hrs. Noone came or called asking if we needed anything.

Location to work site, quietness, retail and dining variety close by, entertainment and connectivity of the TV, and though it was an seemingly older building there were no critters of any sort.

There was no daily housekeeping, not enough variety at breakfast, menu seems to cater more to kids, no snack vending machines, and key cards kept losing door code.

The outside was dark and detrimental to the visitor's eyes. We ended up at another hotel but were too late to cancel this reservation. We did not stay. The area, the appearance, the yelllow cones outside, the dirty & stained outside walls were tellind

the appearance of this hotel is very concerning, Anyone from out of town which is not familiar with the area, just can not stay. It is not close to any riverwalk nor downtown district. The walls on the outside perimeter of the hotel are dirty, stained.
