Positives:
Love the amenities, especially the water refill station. We are always purchasing water to bring back to hotels in which we stay, and it's an inconvenience. Also love the warm vanilla fragrance in common areas. Feels like home; the steps right outside the hotel leading to River Street are so convenient and safe!
Negatives:
Two employees were a bit rude, one serving at the bar and one working valet. The girl at the bar was using obscene language while speaking to another employee and the valet told me that I should've let him know that I was going to request my car so soon to save him a trip. I tipped him anyway to make a point.

The room is very large and has a great bathroom. Beautiful picture window is a great design positive for the overall ambiance. They provide sparkling and still water on every floor and provide refillable bottles which is very eco friendly.
Negatives:
No robes or slippers. The towels were hard. No coffee machine in the room. A Nespresso machine would have been a nice touch. Pillows can be improved. For a luxury property, the luxury details were missing.
