The room was infested with cockroaches and upon arrival there was no one at the guest check in counter. I waited for 15 min before someone showed up. When I finally checked into my room the room was infested with cockroaches. I immediately went down to the front desk to cancel my stay and leave the hotel. The woman at the front counter told me that I couldnt be issued a refund because I booked through a third party booking app. Ive reached out to booking and theyre not issuing a full refund either. This is the last time Ill be using this app for booking my stays.

The first night we stayed, there was alot of noise from the back parking lot next to our room that didn't end until close to 1 am.

When planning a quick trip to Savannah I stumbled upon Tru while looking on line for accomodations and decided to give it a try. From the moment I arrived until I checked out staff was friendly, helpful and engaging. Loved being in a "new" hotel and everything worked to my advantage.
