Negatives: Room smelled, cigarette burn in sheet and towel, stain on bed and towel, air conditioner didn't work properly, tv remote didn't work, one lamp had no bulb. Overall bad experience.

Negatives: dirty rooms and facilities

Negatives: The bathroom was in need of repair and updating with stains in the tub. The area didn’t feel entirely safe.

Negatives: Trying to check in and no one at the front desk. Call no one answered only for an employee to call from personal cell. And here they come and pulling the cordless phone out their pocket. But wasn't answering it totally unacceptable

Negatives: Bugs in the room, construction going on.

Negatives: First of all the grounds were full of litter and unkept with trash in the landscaping. The awnings were all split and it was pouring rain. We figured they were remodeling so we didn't mind that the rooms were outdated. The TV was missing remote, the programing box, the cable was not connected. When I called the front desk the line was dead. I had to call on my cell phone. They did get it fixed. There were only a few people staying so why would you put all the guests right next to each other? The second night a family checked in around 10 pm and woke us up. The children were very noisy yelling outside to each other and kept us up for an additional hour. Breakfast was the biggest problem or a bad joke. There was a cheap loaf of bread, kid cereal, and several apples. Thank goodness there was a Dunkin Donuts next door. The room was also filled with mattresses piled up on one side. Solution to these problems are: 1. Keep the grounds presentable while remodeling. 2. Have a list of rooms that are tenant ready. 3. Store the spare parts in an empty room guest.

Negatives: One of the personal at the front desk went by hear say of other hotel residents about a rumor in our room but should have came to the room to check it out plus could have checked the camera in front of our room door but they didnt?

Negatives: From the beginning, as we drove up,it looked as if the property was under construction, vacant, or about to be condemed, they did not have record of our pets even though I added them at the time of reservation. However, they worked that out for us with no problem. We asked about the free breakfast location and was pointed towards a door that looked like a closet door. Needless to say, we didn't partake of it. We arrived at the room, to find a 13 inch TV set that was already on with no remote control(we had to ask for a remote control that didn't match the tv),a fire hazard of a power strip filled with things from the microwave, TV, refrigerator, direct TV box all plugged in to this one strip. The furniture the microwave and refrigerator was on was totally destroyed and leaning. The bed was literally on the floor...2 twin box springs on the floor and a soiled, stained, king-size mattress. Sheets, pillow cases, and thin blanket were soiled. Pillows had blood stains on them as well. Found French fries on the floor and a cigar pack behind the mattress. We flipped the mattress. The plastic ware had already been used as well as a cup. It seemed as if someone had been living in the room or was in the room right before we were. The furniture was sticky and filthy. We asked for more towels at check in which was Friday March 22nd and were told we had to wait until the next day. We brought our own sheets, lysol, and clorox wipes. We had to purchase blankets and towels. Our pets were the only ones who got any use out of the hotel bedding. As with any hotel, you expect the good hot hot water for a relaxing shower...that didn't happen. The closest to water of that nature came from the sink faucet. We had to ask for a Do Not Disturb sign to hang on our door. The security latch was broken as if the door had been kicked in or something. The only plus was the AC worked well and there was an area for the dogs to do their business.

Negatives: The room was terrible--and I have low standards. Curtain hanging crooked, no light bulbs, some outlets didn't work, only one roll of toilet paper and one towel. Toilet handle fell off and the shower head could be pushed back into the wall. Humidity-trapping bag in closet was disgusting, painter's tape was on the walls and the mattress was stained. Notebook of amenities was filthy. I didn't want to touch it. TV had to be propped up and when turned on, it was so dim, you could barely see it.

Negatives: Tv and lights weren’t working properly and we were next to a boarded up room due to a shooting

Negatives: Everything. I stayed because I felt like I was obligated to have to stay because I was told I couldnt be refunded for the 2 rooms I purchased there.

Negatives: Staff and facility not up to expectations.
