The location was great. The breakfast was a bonus surprise. I was greeted with and assisted with the most friendliness associate, who helped me with making my waffles !

They cancelled my reservation because I didn't check in at 3pm even though the check in window is from 3pm to 12am. They tried charging my card twice even though my reservation was set to pay at the property. And then they said because I didn't use my first name but middle name even though both are visible on my drive license that also used that "couldn't" verify who I was. And rebooked me the same room they cancelled for 98$ as opposed to the original 62$ that it should have been.
The ac system in the room is faulty as the wall jack is damaged and the plug is busted up.
