All staff extremely careless. Room not properly clean, furniture looking very out of times, showing signs of peeling enamel, etc We found a cockroach in the bathroom For the amount of money we paid, next time will look for another brand like Hilton/Hya

Great hotel staff was wonderful. Breakfast is awesome the kitchen people they were awesome. They were the best people in the whole building in the kitchen. Staff are so amazing. Those women are the key to that building. Keep them on staff..

Hotel was very clean and had a nice smell everywhere. Staff was very pleasant. Size and accommodation of room was perfect.

It is a little close to I75 so there is a lot of road noise. If you have difficulty getting to sleep this could be a problem. Fortunately I dont.

Convenient location, clean, good price, friendly staff, especially the housekeeping staff.
Negatives:
Bathroom was a little outdated and had some rust and corrosion on the door frame. Shower/tub was older and had some discoloration. To access building, key card was required for all exterior entrances. A little inconvenient to have to go downstairs to meet family and guests.
