Great hotel, located in the center of Waikiki. I would recommend the rooms with balcony. The parking lots in the International Market Place are very spacious. The beds are comfortable. If I come back to Waikiki, I would choose the Pearl Hotel again.

It was the worst hotel i have been in. Our room smelled like cat pee, the wifi did not work and we had work emails to tend to, the pillows were useless, the tv had a black circle in the top left corner which made it.pointless to watch. I asked for a different room and they said they were full. They offered to spray air freshener in the room so it would smell like cat pee and air freshener. We did not stay there ! We walked around the corner and got another room at a different hotel. You should be embarrassed to have this hotel on your website. I WANT A REFUND because the horrible smell in the room made it uninhabitable. I WANT A REFUND. Please email me asap loriar46@gmail.com
