Room size was great - big bathroom and amazing view from room
Pool area was nice as were poolside staff

Having to pay for daybeds by the pool and then on top of that an additional $100 on food / drinks by the pool

We only stayed for one night on a stopover and the service of the staff was fantastic. We arrived super early in the morning after a flight over night from the Cook Islands and the lady at the reception still found a room for us that we could check in early, which was very generous of her

Lovely stay at Waikiki with wonderful staff
Negatives:
1. The noise in the room/ceiling kept us up all night!
2. The water in the marina was so dirty.
3. The view from our room looked down on some kind of dump situation?
4. For people who have to save money before they can travel, this was really disappointing to us.
5. Wouldnt recommend.

The sushi restaurant is superb! The view from our 20th floor was amazing. The staff were very friendly and welcoming.
