Negatives: The rooms were kinda tore up as in a lot of cracks ,bad calling around the tub, really pour work done with patch work, bad painting, etc. Also bottom of doors looked like dogs chewed on them , However I do know how hard it is to find good workers.. My professional opinion is that they should work out a deal with a Real contractor to go in and do weekly, at least monthly repairs and touch up work (Quality of workmanship) means everything- as I am sure customers don't go back ..= a lot of lost revenue...
