The location was close to the chairlifts and easy parking.
Negatives:
Dirty, outdated and couldn't cancel my reservations well in advance. They blamed the inability to cancel on Booking.com, but I had to reschedule other plans and the process was easy. The issue was with the hotel. There's much higher quality places to stay at a comparable rate nearby.

Positives:
Great location. Quiet. Friendly front desk staff. And at the base of river run (and it’s parking lot) there is plenty of room for our dog to have fun.
Negatives:
Could use an upgrade in mattresses and pillows. Our pillows were pretty lumpy and the mattress was well worn. Also the heater had a problem in that it was an all or nothing. When on the room reached 88 degrees even thought the temperature was set to 60. I had to periodically turn the unit on and off.
