This was our first time staying on the ground floor of this motel. It was terribly cold. The floor was freezing and the wall thermostat constantly reset to chill us all night. No appliances were plugged in and the fridge wasnt cool enough for our food. We had confirmation that our room was ready before we arrived. It was not ready. We had a terribly night.
Negatives:
Freezing cold floor - auto resetting thermostat we had to fight all night - fan ran all night and wouldnt shut off. We all have sore throats and no good sleep.
