I didn't like the cockroach that I woke up to. The pools and hot tub were closed and the sauna smelled awful. We stayed out of desperation of a last minute trip, price wasn't bad for what was advertised until we got there. Next time I'd choose somewhere else to go for sure. It'll get you by in a pinch I guess.

The pumps on the hot tub were not working properly. When asked if they would turn them I was told that they were. I have been in thousands of hot tubs over my years and I know the difference between a pump on to circulate the water opposed to the pumps that provide aeration and jets. It was like sitting in a large bathtub. I should have eaten beans!

Overwhelming stench of bleach throughout entire first floor and throughout room. I have asthma- could not breathe. Turned around and told staff- they said sorry! You can have a half refund, but not tonight! I emailed, phoned, left msgs, talked to “Mohammed” somewhere, and still- nearly 2 months later, no refund. Completely unacceptable!
