Location and cost.
Negatives:
Room was in need of major repairs, tiles in bath loose on the floor, toilet wobbled. Shower curtain stained and dirty. Base moldings in room falling off. Window fogged over with some form of residue, half the electric plugs didn't work. Discolored ceiling (stains) .

When tub spout dieverter for shower is pulled water sprayed out the back of the spout against the shower wall spraying everywhere and probably Mold in the wall.

I was accused of taking a pillow. When I got in the room there was 2 pillows, when I left after a 4,night stay, I left 2 pillows. The next day they charged my card $10. When I called and asked them why , they stated the pilllows were missing. LIARS

They did not give my 10$ back. I wasnt allowed to speak with a manager at all. They have bugs that like ticks in the bathroom probably from all the pets they let people bring., This place was the worse. 2 thumbs down . They didnt want to give me clean t

The hotel is relatively clean, in a fairly good location and very cheap. If youre looking for something more than that, go someplace else.
Negatives:
I expected a continental breakfast at a minimum, and nothing was provided. The staff is challenged to speak English. even though it is reputed to be a non-smoking hotel, the cigarettes smell throughout the property is pungent.
Negatives:
The mattress was covered in pee. When I went to lay down I instantly smelled it. We packed up and within a minute or two the whole room reeked of it.
