Positives:
I called ahead after my flight landed and asked what was the time I could check in? The staff on duty told me 11:00. I was thankful for that.
Negatives:
I stayed there seven days and seven nights, I repeatedly asked the night before to have my room cleaned the next morning. I called and went by the front desk to ask, they didnt clean my room the whole time I was there. They didnt make my bed.
Positives:
The location and friendliness of the staff was great. I also enjoyed their breakfast and the bar that opened nightly. I will definitely stay here again when I come back to town.
Negatives:
Just need larger trash cans in the suites and the mattress was a bit hard and lumpy.

I don't usually write reviews but i know I had to leave one for this particular hotel. I was a bit skeptical at first because we've never stayed at a Best Western hotel before but we were going with some family that already had reservations here and I'm very glad they made this choice. As soon as we came in we were greeted by a friendly smile, it was Heather who was covering the front desk amongst other things. We had some minor issues in our room and Heather was very quick and happy to healp make our stay as comfortable as she could for us. She was also very busy doing other things to help run the hotel as best as she could. We later had the opportunity to meet LaTanya, who was there the second day of our stay. This lady was also very nice and was working non stop to cover front desk, breakfast, cleaning, etc. These are some of the most hard working ladies I've encountered at a hotel because they were always busy doing things to make the place run smoothly. Maria was such a warm and friendly hotel housekeeper who I had the pleasure of speaking to. Who was also doing the most with such a great positive attitude and a smile on her face. These ladies made our stay so much better and it's because of them that I would highly recommend this hotel for your next stay. I was so impressed with these ladies work ethic that I kept telling my husband how wonderful they are and how they deserve a pay raise for all they do. A big kudos to them because they deserve to be recognized

Positives:
Location of the hotel was great. They allowed us an early check in. The room and bathroom was very nice and spacious. Noisy and loud was the guests and hotel staff. I couldnt get our rooom cleaned for nothing. I requested as I was told by the desk staff.
Negatives:
They wouldnt clean our room!!! We asked the day before for the next day and for three of the days, garbage was piled up high and I kept asking for the room to be cleaned and finally Sunday night someone removed the trash but didnt do anything else.

we stayed 3 nights had teenagers running up and down the halls at 2 and 3 in the morning you need a waffle maker
Negatives:
the fact teenagers running up and down the hall you had a band with kids staying there couldn't get in the pool to noisy you had no towels at the pool two days in a row when we asked for some she said she would have to wash them and dry with we never got any that was the second time we went to the pool i have 3 children 7,6,5 we booked this hotel because of the pool
