Positives: Great staff, clean, convenient location, loved how the parking worked. Also like the sofa bed in the room. It’s great to have a sofa.

Negatives: The beds are horrible and so hard my back was killing me and the same for my young girls…so it’s not just because I’m old! ;-) please change the mattresses or I probably will never rebook in a Hyatt Place. The location near Bloomington Normal was the same. The beds are absolutely unbearable and I could not sleep.

Positives: I called about my toliet not working and no one ever came to fix it or isn’t even care when we told them when dropping key back down. People were so load all night I never got to sleep since people outside my room were screaming staff never did anything about it. Never got a discount for toilet not working

Positives: Very nice breakfast, beds comfy. Overall good stay. Wouldn't want to stay there when college kids in school.

Negatives: Had trouble with electric outlets. Several didn't seem to work but others did. People in hallways very noisy most of the night. Especially bad between 1 and 3 am. Need more sound proofing in walls of hall and rooms
