Very nice hotel. Staff very friendly. A minor issue with balcony door was handled so well by very friendly maintenance man who even got us complimentary vouchers for breakfast. Room very comfortable an clean.

The location and the room. The location was perfect for everything we were doing in Chicago, with lots of good businesses close. The room was very clean and had a very good layout. And the beds were very comfortable!
Negatives:
The lobby felt a little dirty. Maybe worn is a better word. But that would be the only dislike.
